Priority Issues:

Responsive governance. Webb will show up to listen, not just to be seen, and put common sense solutions ahead of ideology.

  • Sound fiscal practices. Webb will work to return every Federal Tax Dollar Florida is entitled to and make certain our tax dollars are spent wisely.
  • Ensuring accountability. Webb will fight corrupt Charter School operators enriching corporate stockholders at the expense of your children's education.
  • Encouraging a stable and competitive insurance market. Webb will support policies that ensure homeowners have access to affordable insurance to protect their most important asset.
  • Reason for Seeking Public Office:

Every year, more and more people are losing patience with Tallahassee. Those chosen to represent us aren't strong enough to stand up to the lobbyists and special interests.

Community members, the heads of various organizations, and small business owners, who have a vested interest in getting strong local leaders, asked me to run for State Representative.

I am signing up to be part of the solution. I want to help turn around Tallahassee. I know it won't be easy…And I'm up for the challenge. Perseverance is one of my stronger character assets.

I am running for State Representative to represent the interests of working class families, to champion economic growth that is equitable and fair, to fund quality public education and end high stakes testing , and to promote environmental and energy policies that will protect Florida's greatest assets -- our drinking water, beaches, springs and other natural beauty.

I'm committed to showing up to listen, not just to be seen, and putting common sense solutions ahead of ideology. You can count on me to engage our community, connect people, and protect your best interests. I'm committed to putting you first.
