Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- We must have an adequate, reliable, long term funding source for clean water in VT. I advocate for a statewide Storm Water Utility that collects the fees from all generators. This is the best nexus for the fee and is capable of generating the needed funds. At least 3 municipalities already have storm water utilities, including Williston. They are very effective.
