After throwing an anti-Trump temper tantrum for the world to see, Pelosi is taking heavy fire after tearing up her copy of Trump's historic State Of The Union speech.
In an obvious attempt to get herself out of the headlines, Pelosi is bizarrely claiming that Trump “looked a little sedated” during his address.
Pelosi suggested she moved to “extend a hand of friendship,” ahead of the Monday speech in part because she was concerned about the president’s demeanor.
“It was also an act of kindness because he looked to me like he was a little sedated,” Pelosi told reporters.
She added, “He looked that way last year too.”
“He didn’t want to shake hands,” Pelosi said. That was that. That meant nothing to me. It had nothing to do with my tearing up [the speech].
Pelosi said she used her speed-reading skills to read the speech quickly.
“I went right through that thing,” she said. ”I knew what was coming.”
WATCH:
Things continue to go from bad to worse for Pelosi.
George Washington Law Professor Jonathan Turley is calling on Pelosi to resign over her "horrible misconduct."
In an op-ed for The Hill, Turley -- who was called as one of the witnesses in the House impeachment trial back in December -- wrote that Pelosi should resign after slighting Trump while introducing him at the State of the Union and for ripping up his prepared remarks.

Beyond that, Pelosi continues to make the perfect case for term limits. She's at the top of a very long list of career politicians that many believe should retire.
And her despicable behavior at the SOTU address proves that she has worn out her welcome.
