Richard McArthur (b. 1943) is a Republican member of the Nevada State Assembly, representing District 4. He was first elected to the chamber in 2016.
McArthur previously served in the Nevada Assembly, representing District 4 from 2008 to 2012.
McArthur earned his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Davis. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force in Vietnam from 1966 to 1972. He is a retired special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
