Robert A. "Bobby" Zirkin is a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 11. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006. Zirkin is running for re-election in the primary on June 26, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Zirkin earned his bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1993 and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998.
