Royce West

Royce West is a Democratic member of the Texas State Senate, representing District 23. West was first elected to the chamber in 1992. West is running for re-election in 2018. The primary election took place on March 6, 2018. The general election is being held on November 6, 2018.
West received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington, going on to earn a master's degree there as well. He also holds a law degree from the University of Houston.
