Susan C. Fisher (b. July 3, 1955) is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 114. Fisher is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

She was first elected to the chamber in 2004. She currently serves as Deputy Minority Leader and previously served as Deputy Minority Whip.

Fisher received a B.A. in Audiology and Speech Pathology at the University of Maryland-College Park in 1982. She is a former director of a nonprofit agency, legislative correspondent, paralegal and teacher assistant.
