Trump Likely To Issue Pardon To General Michael Flynn - Report
November 25, 2020Now that the election is over, President Trump is free to take actions that would have ignited a media firestorm before voters went to the polls.
With the courts yet to decide the winner with rulings on multiple lawsuits, Trump is still the president until at least January 20th and according to the U.S. Constitution, retains the power of the pardon.

One who appears likely to receive a pardon is General Michael Flynn, a man who was the victim of an Obama-sanctioned framing and vicious smear campaign that destroyed his life and who has been trapped in legal purgatory.
Axios reports that according to "two sources with direct knowledge" that Trump has told confidants that he plans to pardon Flynn in the near future.
Via The Hill, "Trump tells allies he plans to pardon Michael Flynn: report":
President Trump has told close allies he plans to pardon his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, Axios reported Tuesday.
Several unnamed sources with knowledge of the president's thinking confirmed to Axios that a possible Flynn pardon would come as part of a series of pardons he plans to issue in his remaining days in office. White House representatives did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill.
Fox News reporter Kevin Corke later confirmed the report.
Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia's former ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak, in 2017, has been involved in a protracted legal battle since the beginning of this year over whether his charges should be dropped due to prosecutorial misconduct.

While the story is based on the usual anonymous sources, a presidential pardon may be the only way to end Flynn's persecution as he remains in limbo due to the refusal of deep state Judge Emmett Sullivan to honor the Justice Department's request to dismiss the case against the former national security adviser.
Gen. Flynn is never going to bet a fair shake from Judge Sullivan and if Joe Biden ends up being installed into the White House, it is a certainty that the former head of defense intelligence under Barack Obama will go from the frying pan into the fire.
As Trump's national security adviser, Flynn would have been a formidable adversary for the dirty Deep State officials loyal to Barack Obama and they moved quickly to take him out.
Flynn butted heads with Obama and was forced out after criticism punctured the thin skin of Dear Leader whose crooked operatives would later seek to destroy him. He was entrapped by dirty FBI operative Peter Strzok and thrown under the bus by Trump after a mere 22 days.
The retired Army general then ended up in the clutches of special prosecutor Robert Mueller and his all-star team of legal assassins who twisted the screws on him and his family in order to get him to turn against Trump.
Bowing to pressure and dumping Flynn will go down as one of Trump's worst mistakes and whoever advised him to do so did him a grave disservice.
Not that it's really news that President Trump would pardon Flynn, he previously tweeted that he was considering it.
While it would have been preferable for Gen. Flynn to be fully exonerated, Judge Sullivan has made it clear that is never going to happen in his court so it is up to the president to undo this legal travesty.
Suggestions for other pardons should include former NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and every other person who was railroaded by Obama's deep state goons.
