During an interview on far-left news network MSNBC with show host and homophobe Joy Reed, former Vice President Joe Biden gave a laughable "warning" to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The threat came from Biden while he sat in his basement from his Delaware home.

“And Putin knows I mean what I say,” Biden said, trying to be a tough guy while pointing his finger. “This is a violation of our sovereignty, our sovereignty — and in fact if it [election meddling] occurs, there will be response in kind.”

Biden continued, “It will not go unstated, unnoticed or unreported.”

I'm sure Putin is just shaking in his boots while Biden makes weak threats from his basement. Biden won't even hold rallies or events because he is clearly afraid of the coronavirus.

Back in late June, Biden announced that he would NOT be holding any campaign rallies, claiming that it was due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“This is the most unusual campaign I think in modern history,” Biden said during a "press conference" in Delaware.

“I’m going to follow the doc’s orders — not just for me but for the country — and that means that I am not going to be holding rallies,” Biden added.

He continued, saying, “we keep social distancing. Everybody has masks on. Soon as I finish saying something, I put my mask back on… I have traveled, but when I do, I get in, make my case, and take questions and leave. But you know me: I’d much rather be out there with people because that’s where I get the greatest feel.”

Since March, when the coronavirus began sweeping across the U.S., Biden’s campaign has been conducted almost exclusively online, including holding interviews with the press, fundraisers and television appearances from a homemade studio in his Delaware home.

Biden said that so far, the process is working.

“They tell me 200 million people have watched what I have done from home and the half a dozen things we’ve gone out and done,” Biden said. “And so the irony is I think we’re probably communicating directly, in detail, with more people than we would have otherwise. But I’d much rather be doing it in-person.”

The Democratic candidate has made a few trips to some key states, including Texas and Pennsylvania, but the campaign events were small, with participants wearing masks and adhering to social distancing requirements.

The decision by the Biden campaign to not hold any rallies seems more like a political strategy considering the former Vice President is clearly declining when it comes to his mental capabilities.

According to a Zogby poll, 55% of "likely voters" think that Biden "is in the early stages of dementia."

“Overall, subgroups who normally approve of Trump’s job as president, were the most likely to believe Biden could be suffering from dementia,” the poll found. “Thus, majorities of Republicans (77% more likely/23% less likely) and Independents (56% more likely/44% less likely) thought Joe Biden had early-onset dementia; while nearly a third of Democrats (32% more likely/68% less likely) thought this was the case.”

“At the same time, some important subgroups did not believe the vice president was exhibiting a declining mental capacity. While a majority of men (60% more likely/40% less likely) thought it this was likely, women (50% more likely/50% less likely) were less likely to think that the vice president was in the early stages of dementia,” Zogby International wrote.
